Ive decided to change how i do my newsletter a bit, so that's why those of you who get my newsletter by fb message got a link instead. I already put the newsletter in my blog, so hopefully this will save me a bit of time, and allow me to put links and picture galleries all in one place more easily. This month was productive, and i actually got a lot done because of not having class. I do however hope that as i wrap up building related projects, and as Calvin gains more independence, that i can begin to reorganize my schedule and spend more time with thinks like tract production, song writing, evangelism, and video editing, including translation and subbing videos in thai. Tracts
Got 3 tracts done this month, and 1 more started. Finished error checking, formatting, printing, and uploading the islam tract. Finished a tract on fear divided into 2 parts, fear of God and fear of everything else. Also finished a simple tract on idolatry which was much needed in this country, however may be even more dangerous for me than the buddhism tract i will finish up next month. The tracts leave my opinion out of it, and quote scripture, however they make it clear what the biblical stance is on idolatry, and i fear if i give it to the wrong person i could end up in trouble. I have to deal with that fear myself, which is why i finished the fear tract this month as well… because im working through that. My anger issues stem primarily from fear and worry. Family We well, Calvin is crawling everywhere climbing the furniture, sucking everything, and seems to be extremely curious and playful. He says mumum whenever he wants something, and he did say dada once but i can't get him to say it again lol… Calvin really does help reduce my stress and brings joy to everyone's face. I truly believe children are a gift from God that we really don't deserve. Health I found out i have high blood pressure, so please pray that i would be able to get it down by reducing stress, and making time to run at least twice a week once by myself and once with my wife. I do believe that we underestimate the importance of exercise. I am testing intolerance to different foods as well, i might have an intolerance to rice actually which is a rather unfortunate thing here in Thailand as you can imagine. We are going to test it for a week or 2, and then if my stomach is good, then we will try rice again and if my stomach rejects it we can confirm its rice intollerance. There is apparently a type of modified rice that people who have intollerance can eat, so we might do that if it really is the case. Ive had stomach issues for almost 2 years now and its not parasites or spicy food, so we will see about this. Building Got the side area done, and functional, so thats good for fang. Also finished drainage pipes along the side of the house, that took a couple days and more money than i wanted it to, but ive been procrastinating for 4 years now, so it needed to be done. Also build a table with a drain in it to sit calvins collapsible bathtub on, this speeds things up. Finished another toy for calvin as well. Next month i will start on my work benches which are nessessary for both storage, and a permanent place for powertools. This will speedup my work efficiency when i need to make something. Hoping it saves a lot of my time in the long run. Thankyou for your continued support.
